  • I so rarely wear lipstick I'm usually stuck when I want too without a really great one. and I'm wierd about how they feel.

anyone got any suggestions for one that doesn't feel all dry...but doesn't feel like super gloss either? hmm I guess I kind of end up with the lip stain. But not sure whose doing that really well these days. Or maybe I can't afford really well for how rarely I wear it?

and how do you determine your perfect color? is there a system?

i know there is a aystem ,but thats not my forte, thats my girls, she knows all this stuff, shes an expert at makeup. might want to go to a dept store and ask for a demonstration, im pretty sure the girls ther konw all about all the different ways to compare and contrast lipstick and other makeups.
My personal opinion is less is more but a minimum every day looks good on women. not the globby stuff or tons of makeup, looks too contrived and fake that way, i think it should merely ACCENTUATE a womans looks, not cover them up completely. but hey, what do i know, lol, i dont wear any.
      • I have not found that the ladies at cosmetic counters and I agree on make up at all(o: I am with you on less is more. But then I also know I have the luxury of not wearing any makeup and not having that cause me any issues. If you are going through transition make up could be one of the big ways you make sure people recognize and interact with you as a woman. So I'm not down on anyone who wears however much makeup they feel comfortable in. I just with the cosmetic counter ladies would give me the same curtesy(o:
